Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a no-quibble 90-day returns policy. You can return any purchase, for any reason, within 90 days of the purchase date for an exchange or refund — provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to provide a repair, replacement, or refund, and will cover reasonable return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.
Kiravans is a UK-based business, and all transactions are governed by UK law.
How to return an item
- Log into your Kiravans account (created when you placed your order).
- Go to the Orders section.
- Click “Request return” next to the relevant order.
- Select the item(s) you want to return and the reason.
- Submit your request.

Important notes
- Change-of-mind returns must be sent back at your own cost using a tracked service.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once goods have been received and inspected.
- Items purchased through a Kiravans reseller must be returned to the place of purchase.
